Partners in Design Hair Studio & Spa is a place for all of your beauty needs including: hair-styling, haircuts, color, highlights, manicures, pedicures and other nail services. We also offer spa services including: waxing, facials, massage treatments, make–up application and other spa packages. With a variety of services to choose from, we’ll have you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed from head to toe!

We can accommodate parties of up to 12–15 people depending on the number of services for each guest.

An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to each person’s services when there is a party of 6 or more and they each have more than 2 services.

Owner of both Partners in Design (est. 1989) and the Flair (est 1970), Frank has over 50 years of experience. He is known worldwide, teaching everywhere from North America to across the Atlantic in Europe. Frank is spreading his technique globally.
